Bei Bestätigung der Zimmerreservierung bitten wir um eine Vorauszahlung von € 100,00 pro Person, innerhalb 15 Tagen ab der Anfrage.
Bezahlung bei Ankunft mit Bargeld 2% Ermässigung.
Bei späterer Ankunft oder vorzeitiger Abreise in der reserviert Aufenthaltszeit wird der Zimmerpreis bis zu 3 Tagen berechnet. Im Falle einer Abbestellung wird die Anzahlung aus Keinem Gründe rückerstattet.
Die Zimmer sind ab 15.00 Uhr verfügbar.

Gli appartamenti dispongono di: telefono, SAT-TV.
I prezzi comprendono: luce, riscaldamento, pulizie esterne, cambio biancheria settimanale, uso di tutte le attrezzature e IVA.
Consegna dell'appartamento al Cliente il sabato dopo le ore 17 - riconsegna del Cliente il sabato entro le ore 9.
L'appartamento si intende riservato solo se la prenotazione è accompagnata dal versamento del 20% dell'importo globale del soggiorno. In caso di disdetta la caparra non viene rimborsata per nessun motivo.
Nelle nostre unità soggiorno/letto è fatto divieto di alloggiare in numero superiore ai posti letto previsti, rispettivamente da noi confermati.
Pulizia finale (obbligatoria): € 45,00

Übergabe des Appartements an den Kunden am Samstag, nach 17 Uhr. Der Kunde muss das Appartement am Samstag vor 9 Uhr freimachen.
Das Appartement wird nur dann als reserviert betrachtet, wenn die Reservierung von einer Anzahlung von 20% des Gesamtbetrages des Aaufenthalt begleitet ist. In Falle einer Abbestellung wird die Anzahlung aus keinem Grunde rückerstattet.
Es ist verboten, dass in unserem Appartement mehr Personen untergebracht werden als Betten vorgesehen sind, die von uns bestätigt worden sind.
Endreinigung (obligatorisch): € 45,00

Prices include: electricity, heating, exeterior cleaning, weekly change of linen, use of all equipment and VAT.
The apartment is delivered to the Customer on Saturday after 5 P.M. and returned by the Customer on Saturday before 9 A.M.
The apartment is considered to the booked only if the reservation is accompanied by 20% of the total cost for the stay. For no reason will this down payment be reimbursed in case of cancellation.
It is prohibited for more people to sleep in our living/bedroom units than the number of beds that are provided and that are confirmed by us.
Final cleaning (mandatory): € 45,00

Livraison de l'appartement au Client le samedi après 17h - restitution de l'appartement la samedi avant 9h.
L'appartement ne s'entend réservé que si la réservation est assortie du versement de 20% du montant global du séjour. En cas de dédit, les arrhes ne seront remboursées pour aucune raison.
Dans nos unités de séjour/lit, il est interdit de loger un nombre supérieur aux places prévues, aue nos avons cconfirmées.
